Saskatchewan Fashion Week- Part II

[This picture pretty much sums up just how windy it was...]
What I wore to SKFWK day two: Top from Uforia Muse, My favourite & most comfortable Booties [Fluevog], Skirt [Forever 21], Headband [Aldo Accessories], Watch similar [Michael Kors], Bracelet gifted [Cocoa Jewelry]
Photography of my outfit thanks to my mom.
For some reason I feel like this outfit was Gatsby inspired.  Maybe its the headband?

Welcome to SKFWK Part II!  If you weren't able to catch yesterday's post on part I, you can check it out here.  Out of all the nights, this one was my favourite.  I was not only blown away by the designs of the night, the crowd was having a lot of fun which I think reflected into the overall evening.  I was enjoying Tweeting and Instagraming live so much I ran my phone battery right dry that night.  Note to self, charge prior!  On this night, as well as the other two, host Amy Matysio kept things real fun with her corky personality.  Her sense of humour=hilarious.  I was also SO proud to see some of my best friends present their designs that night.  We had all gone to college together at Lethbridge College studying Fashion Marketing and Design.  Here's a look at some of the fabulous the designs on the runway at SKFWK on Friday Night.

Jaycee Wall

Jaycee's line was fun and flirty. She had the perfect pieces for day and for night.  With a wide range of fabrics and structural detailing this line is wearable for a range of different body types and personalities.

Tia Zelinski

Tia's line blew me away with its structured detailing & stunning fabrics.  The line is so wearable yet so unique.  Her talent for tailored garments really shines through in her Fall '13 line.

Laurie Brown

Watching Laurie's show was as if I was a little kid at a magic show. Not only did she have such funky cutouts in unexpected places, she also had her white gowns bleed another colour on the runway.  Half the show I was so mesmerized by the fabulous designs the other half I was trying to figure out how these dresses were changing colour. Stunning!

Thank you again to Tyler Yuhasz for your beautiful runway shots.  If you haven't checked out his site yet make sure to do so here.

Have a wonderful Wednesday,
